Distilleria Marchisio

The distillery was founded in 2017 out of great passion and love for grappa, taking up the name ‘branda’ as in the old days, recovering a small shed on the property.

The heart of the company is a small discontinuous copper still with direct fire, fuelled exclusively by wood, with a capacity of 120 litres and 55 kg of marc, which is mixed exclusively with water.

Our philosophy is to create a product of excellence with top-quality pomace exclusively from single-varietal grapes from Piedmontese farms.

The grappas undergo double discontinuous distillation in both the first and second pass, always discarding head and tail in order to obtain the best result in terms of quality.

About ten grappas are produced, including dry and soft grappas that can be purchased directly at the distillery or enjoyed at local restaurants and bars.
