The Locanda del pranzo, the Vineria della sera and the Caffetteria diurna are the setting for the sale of local food products, loose spices from all over the world, magazines and self-produced fanzines: the common thread is the authorship of the products, their craftsmanship, the exclusion of the mainstrem, small productions in respect of the environment, attention to detail, and the desire and enthusiasm to transmit content. The kitchen itself is inspired by everyday life and tradition, using the products displayed on the walls.
