“Agriculture without additives that respects the earth and its balance is also possible on a professional level and we are an example of this.

We are Federico and Laura and for 10 years now we have been growing vegetables, potatoes, pulses and maize for polenta with increasingly satisfying results. We do not use pesticides, herbicides, chemical or organic fertilisers; only if strictly necessary are treatments of natural origin permitted in organic farming carried out. We practise minimum tillage with tracked tractors, irrigation is by drop-by-drop with a huge saving of water, where possible we use biodegradable or reusable materials, our vegetables are harvested and sold within 24 hours to guarantee maximum freshness. Attached to the vegetable garden we have built our own kitchen workshop where we process our products, a line of processed products such as tomato purees and sauces, sweet and sour vegetables, compotes and jams, and a line of farmhouse delicatessen ranging from raw vegetables cleaned and ready to use, naturally fermented unpasteurised vegetables, chickpea hummus and many other vegetarian or vegan delicacies all gluten-free. In addition, in season we deal with the sale of wild mushrooms, porcini, ovoli, chanterelles, black truffles and the highly prized white truffle both retail and wholesale.

On Saturday mornings from 9 a.m. to 12 we are open for direct sales where you can find our entire range of products and a nice smile to welcome you.

By prior arrangement we are available for farm visits and tastings.
