Our company boasts, since 1995, a long history dedicated to organic farming for passion, conviction and choice of life. Since then, as we cultivate and transform our plants in our laboratories, we take pride in creating an entirely Italian product, of high quality, unique in scents and flavors, born from our professionalism and our love and respect for nature and for the health of all of us.
Gattinera Farm is organic, symbiotic and biodynamic agriculture, energetically sustainable, with low input of fossil energy and in protection of biodiversity. Our productions are entirely GLUTEN FREE and ALLERGEN FREE, and consist of Buckwheat, Eye Bean, Gluten Free Naked Oats and Medicinal Plants, specifically Chamomile and Fennel.
Moreover, the company has a direct production of gluten free products: whole wheat flour, hulled, wheat germ and buckwheat macaroni, whole oat flour and black-eyed bean flour.
