The orchard is located in the village of Sostegno and in the municipality of Portula next to the workshop. All products follow the seasonality of the fruit, which is grown naturally. Processing takes place in-house at the workshop, scheduled during the harvest period of each product. Production ranges from normal and flavoured apple vinegar (whole fruit with indigenous apples) to jams and compotes, from fruit juices to Crevacuore canestrelli.
