Cascina Torrine is an example of all-round farm, where the production (aromatic herbs, vegetables, edible herbs) is combined with catering, hospitality, direct sales and the Educational Farm. The Nicolello family has recovered over time the spaces of the complex rural building. In the mill disused since the fifties have been obtained the rooms for catering. Every day at lunch, dinner or for the typical merenda sinoira, Enzo and his collaborators prepare typical Piedmontese menus enriched with aromatic and wild herbs of their production.
