INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA IN ACCORDANCE WITH ART. 13 GDPR

Pursuant to Article 13 GDPR and in relation to your personal data, the Association for the Elvo and Serra Valley Ecomuseum ODV wishes to inform you that the EU Regulation No. 2016/679 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, provides for the protection of persons and other subjects with regard to the processing of personal data. According to the indicated legislation, such processing will be based on the principles of clarity, fairness, lawfulness, easy accessibility and transparency, as well as protection of your privacy and rights. In accordance with Article 13 GDPR, therefore, we provide you with the following information:

Data Controller and Data Processor

The data controller is the Associazione per l’Ecomuseo Valle Elvo e Serra ODV (C.F. 90039910022 – email: coordinatore@ecomuseo.it), based in Sordevolo (BI), via Bagneri 2.

Purposes of processing and provision of data

The personal data provided by you for the purpose of the mere request for information regarding the initiatives carried out by the Association for the Elvo and Serra Valley Ecomuseum ODV, will be processed for the exclusive purpose of managing the association relationship or the different relationship maintained with the association.

Methods of data processing and its communication to third parties

The processing may be carried out with or without the aid of electronic or otherwise automated tools and is carried out by means of the operations or set of operations indicated in Article 4, paragraph 1, no. 2, GDPR, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or modification, extraction, consultation, use, communication by transmission, dissemination or any other form of making available, comparison or interconnection, limitation, deletion or destruction. Data may be communicated to members and/or volunteers of the Association for the Elvo and Serra Valley Ecomuseum ODV, where entrusted with the processing of personal data and trained for this purpose. The data could also be communicated to third parties with respect to the organizational structure of the association such as consultants and suppliers of the services offered by the Slow Food Travel Montagne Biellesi project, consultants and suppliers used by the Association to carry out its activities. Finally, the data could be communicated to all those public and private entities to which the communication is necessary for the proper fulfillment of the purposes referred to in point 2.

Refusal to provide data

The provision of personal data is not mandatory, but in its default it will not be possible to follow up the management of the association relationship or your interests as a volunteer, sympathizer, supporter or applicant for information or services related to the Association for the Elvo and Serra Valley Ecomuseum ODV.

Dissemination of data

Personal data are not subject to dissemination.

Transfer of data abroad

Personal data are generally not transferred to third countries within the scope of the purposes mentioned in point 2.

Rights of the data subject

In order to ensure fair and transparent processing of your data, we also inform you that: – your data will be kept for the period necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes referred to in point 2 and, in any case, for a period not exceeding ten years from the termination of the association relationship or of the different relationship entertained with the Association for the Elvo and Serra Valley Ecomuseum ODV as described in point 2; – at any time You may exercise the right:     – to request access to, rectification, cancellation of, or restriction of the processing of your personal data concerning you;     – to object to the processing of your data unless it is still necessary in relation to the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed;  – to object to the sending, via sms, other messaging systems (e.g. WhatsApp) or e-mail, of information material related to the activities and campaigns carried out by the Elvo and Serra Valley Ecomuseum Association ODV in pursuit of its statutory purposes.     – To file a complaint with the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data, based in Rome.
