Half of it is located in the plains of Cossato where cereals are grown and from which BEERS and roasted barley for infusion for the classic mocha are produced; the other half is cultivated in the mountain area of Trivero where several varieties of ancient native apples have been recovered.

Specializing in the production of Beer in the agricultural “closed cycle” that is sowing, malting and brewing their grains, in 2017 they decided to create their products solely from their raw materials or with the use in small percentage buying them from local farmers.
