“Working the land and its products means feeding the quality of life.” With this philosophy, the AgriBose farm was born, based on the work and knowledge of the monks of the Bose community and its fraternities in Ostuni, Assisi, Cellole and Civitella. AgriBose produces oil and wine from the lands of the fraternities of Assisi and Ostuni, as well as jams, preserves and herbal teas with the fruits, vegetables and herbs grown in the monastery. It is a small reality in which we “try to learn from the experience and research of those who take care of this wonderful world”. A path, that of AgriBose, which also treasures the ancient monastic wisdom, to which the company wishes to remain faithful. “From time to time,” explain those in charge of AgriBose, “we do our best to discern the coordinated and reasoned use of all the factors of production, in responsibility for the environmental impact and for the health of consumers, with the intent of arriving at a product of character, by virtue of both the raw materials used and the transformation process.” AgriBose products can be found both at the Bose Monastery and online.
