Osteria Due Cuori

The Osteria Due Cuori is located in Piazza Cisterna 11 in Piazzo, Biella. Piazzo is the upper part of Biella, the medieval part, the original heart of the city and can be reached by a small and romantic funicular. The spirit that has always guided L’Osteria Due Cuori is that of welcoming, of “feeling at home”. The food offered becomes an opportunity to describe the biodiversity of the area and promote its products. The philosophical encounter with the principles of Slow Food was natural and for this reason we are also part of the project of the Alliance of Chefs to protect the Slow Food Presidia. All dishes are cooked on site and the menu describes all ingredients (no chemical yeasts, no additives, no preservatives). The wine list is purely Piedmontese with an eye for local producers. There are about 30 seats inside the restaurant. The heating consists of a wood Jotul stove. In summer it is possible to eat outside under the porches and the seats become about 50. The menu allows to always satisfy the needs of a gluten free, vegetarian and vegan public. The average price excluding wine is 35 euros. Pets are welcomed. Osteria Due Cuori is part of the Slow Food Alliance of Chefs, a pact between chefs and small producers to promote good, fair and clean local food.
